Personal Data Protection Management
A company will have breached the local law if it fails to have an appropriate personal data management policy or have not designated any data protection officer (DPO) in the company. When someone complains or whistle-blows this and other discrepancies to Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC), the company may be fined and have its name published in PDPC website. This EDG project not only will develop a data protection management policy and conduct training for your company DPO, but it will also help the company review its work processes in minimizing financial and reputational risks.
